Office of 第九条 (Sexual Misconduct)
Members of 澳门皇家赌城在线大学 (VC) community, 客人, and visitors have the right to be free from 性ual misconduct and any other form of 性ual 骚扰 and gender-based discrimination 和暴力.
VC does not tolerate 性ual misconduct, which includes, but not limited to:
- Sexual 骚扰 (in person, by text, or online)
- 家庭暴力
- 约会暴力
- 性侵犯
- 性跟踪
- Gender-based Hate Crimes
What is not 第九条
- 第九条 only applies when a VCCCD student is involved.
- The district does not have jurisdiction over non-students.
- 第九条 also does not cover cases that occur off-campus, unless part of a school-sponsored activity.
When an allegation of misconduct is brought to an appropriate employee's attention and a Respondent is found to have violated any 性ual misconduct policies, appropriate sanctions will be used to reasonably ensure that such actions are never repeated.
The following information explains campus community expectations and seeks to establish a mechanism for determining when those expectations have been violated. 同样的, the information gives reporting options and on/off-campus resources to support students who have been victims of 性ual misconduct.
